Y'ALL are an old-timey revival duo currently residing in New York City. Their pastoral ballads of rural gay life are delicate musings comprised of acoustic arpeggios, soft piano playing, deep cello cries, and weeping, watery pedal steel. The band's vision of Americana is a rainbow-riding roundup of Gospel and Bluegrass undertones that successfully morph with more innovative blueprints and ideas. Y'ALL'S songs are blessed with beautiful two-part vocal harmonies and well-arranged songcraft similar to the songwriting and subject matter that once came from Joe Pernice's Scud Mountain Boys -- only more gay-oriented.
